Toyonaga Shuzo (Kumamoto Prefecture)'s "Mugishiru" (Wheat Soup) is a carefully crafted, unfiltered, authentic barley shochu made with 100% organically grown, naked barley. True to its name, it features a fragrant barley aroma, sweetness, and a rich, mellow flavor. It's especially recommended on the rocks or with soda.
