Kuroryu Daiginjo is a Japanese sake brewed by Kuroryu Sake Brewery in Fukui Prefecture, characterized by its fruity, full-bodied aroma and clear finish. Made from Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50% and aged at low temperature for a year, it has a delicate and balanced flavor, boasting such high quality that it has been described as the "mirror of daiginjo."
