Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo is made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 45% and brewed with snowmelt water called "Raiden-sama no Shimizu." This Junmai Daiginjo offers a refined sweetness and a clear, clean flavor. Its gentle aroma and clean finish make it the perfect accompaniment to food.
