"Sharaku" is an incredibly popular sake produced by Miyaizumi Meishu in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. It features a fruity aroma, rice umami, and a crisp finish. It's also known as a "phantom sake" due to its difficulty in obtaining it.
