"DAIYAME" is an innovative authentic sweet potato shochu produced by Hamada Shuzo (Kagoshima Prefecture) featuring a gorgeous lychee-like aroma. Made with "kajukuimo," a type of sweet potato shochu brewed using a unique aging technique, the aroma is enhanced when mixed with carbonated water. It has received global acclaim, including winning the top prize at an international competition in 2019.
