EAU DU DESIR means "Water of Hope" and is Brewer Kuheiji's signature brand. It has nuances of fruit just before ripening, a scent of exotic spices, a hint of bitterness like a slightly squeezed citrus fruit, and a tartness that underpins the overall flavor, with multiple layers of flavors that lead to a lingering finish.
To give back to the liquor stores that stock his wine, he vowed to one day have Brewer Kuheiji listed on the menus of three-star restaurants around the world, and in 2004 he made this happen in France. He is a truly brilliant winemaker who lives up to his word.
