This midsummer limited edition drink is named after "hiyashizake" (cold sake) which was on the market until 1997 and "on the rocks." As the ice melts, the mellow sweetness melts away, transforming into a refreshing, crisp taste that will cool you down. Add one or two small ice cubes to your liking and enjoy the changing flavors with every sip. A few drops of cassis (just for flavoring) on koyashizake on the rocks is a highly recommended cocktail.
