Kitasato Konbu is a 25% authentic kelp shochu made by Sapporo Shusei Kogyo using Shirakuchihama Makonbu (sea kelp) from Hokkaido. It has a clean taste that brings out the flavor of the kelp, and is characterized by an elegant aroma that lingers in your nose. You can enjoy the umami of kelp by drinking it with water or on the rocks.
